Transport to Far Off Lands from Celestial Park
Celestial Park is the heart of Epic Universe, serving as a hub between worlds. As you enter through the Emerald Gate, you will pass through the Chronos Device, a “giant machine used to harness the energy of the Universe that powers all of Celestial Park.”
Discover All 5 Epic Chronos Portals
Here, you will encounter magical portals that will transport you to faraway worlds. You will be awed by gorgeous gardens, seven acres of dancing water fountains, some of which reach 135 feet, and architecture inspired by astronomical and mythological elements. There are many different paths to take and so many things to see. There is so much to see, eat, and experience and you’re likely shorter on time than you’d like. Maya of the Skies and her navigator, Captain Cacao, have searched high and low for otherworldly treats to bring to this souvenir and sweet shop in Celestial Park.

Travel Through Asia at Blue Dragon Pan-Asian
This beautiful, full-service restaurant takes you on a culinary journey across the beautiful continent of Asia. Enjoy four authentic, Pan-Asian, plant-based dishes under a starry sky filled with delicate, floating lanterns and brilliant, neon dragons inside or grab a drink and rest in one of the outdoor seating areas adorned with colorful umbrellas. When you dine at this stunning, full-service restaurant, you will find yourself inside a gorgeous virtual aquarium reminiscent of Victorian times. Giant, graceful mechanical fish swim above your head, and the floor-to-ceiling windows look out across Celestial Park’s Neptune pool. Atlantic Restaurant has three plant-based selections for you to enjoy. Make a reservation beforehand to ensure a table is waiting for you.

Protect Your Neck at Das Stakehaus
Eat what the monsters eat at Das Stakehaus. This inn and dining hall sits atop the ruins of ancient catacombs. “Familiars” deliver their gruesome favorites to your table as you take in the artworks and artifacts from vampire overlords. Stay away from the catacombs below if you do not wish to become the vampires’ next meal.

Fly with dragons in the Isle of Berk from How To You Train Your Dragon, a vibrant village where Vikings and dragons live side by side in harmony. Dragons are everywhere in this small village. Take a ride on Hiccup’s dragon contraption, train with the dragons, then watch a show featuring live dragons. Visit the marketplace and finish your day with a hearty Viking meal.

Eat Like a Viking in Mead Hall
Mead Hall is the central gathering place in Berk. Vikings enter this chamber carved into the mountain through an entrance 16 feet, 7 inches tall. Here, they feast and commune at the end of a long day. Two plant-based dishes and one side dish come straight to your table so you can enjoy them with your new Viking friends and their dragons.
Nordic Harvest Salad
Nordic Harvest Salad is served with kale, arugula, red cabbage, ancient grains, blueberries, radishes, apples, and trail mix, topped with raspberry walnut vinaigrette. $12.99

Dine With the Dragons at Spit Fyre Grill
Fire-breathing dragon cooks put in a full day’s work at the Spit Fyre Grill, preparing flame-seared meals. Vikings from all over the world can enjoy hearty, delectable meals at this quick serve, pick-up eatery located in the center of Berk’s thriving market. Vegan Vikings can enjoy an exclusive dish prepared by Valka.

Menu Items with Conflicting Information
We received conflicting information regarding a few food items at Epic Universe. As the new park opens and menus continue to change, it is unclear whether these items can still be modified to be vegan. We list them here in case you would like to check with a chef on your visit. Epic’s trained chefs should be able to clear up any confusion. Be sure to speak directly to a chef, not a regular team member, to clarify the ingredients in these items. If you do opt to inquire about these dishes, please let us know what your chef says.

Popcorn is a staple at all theme parks, and Epic Universe is no different. Fortunately for us, Epic’s popcorn is vegan no matter which world it comes from. You can find delicious, buttery popcorn in these locations.

How to Modify Orders in the Universal Mobile App
There is no designated button to modify items for a vegan preference while mobile ordering. You can, however, select the allergy option. When you note an allergy in the app, a trained chef will visit your table to confirm your needs. Simply tell them you would like all meat and dairy options removed from your selection. The chef will personally prepare your dish and deliver it to your table. If you happen to order an item that cannot be modified, they will issue a refund.

- Stardust Racers: Ride a comet across the galaxy in this cosmic race through the stars. This side-by-side double roller coaster reaches speeds of 62 mph and travels up to 133 feet high with an inverted crisscross called the “Celestial Spin”. (Thrill)
- Constellation Carousel: This gorgeous and dazzling celestial carousel brings you on a journey through the stars with heavenly music and carriages featuring lions, dragons, peacocks, and more. Each independently operating coach rotates 360 degrees and lifts you to heights of 6 feet. (Kid Friendly)
- Living Statues: Beautiful and mesmerizing living statues glide slowly throughout Celestial Park. (Meet & Greet, Photo Opportunities)
- As dusk approaches, Apollo, the god of the sun, passes the torch to Luna, the god of the moon, in a mystical ceremony of light and music.
- Hemisphere Stage: Musical performers of all varieties re-imagine popular songs in their own signature style.
- Universal Helios Grand Hotel: Universal Helios Grand is Universal Studio’s first hotel to be located inside the theme park. Guests at this hotel can enjoy the outstanding, 24-hour view of Epic Universe. They will enter the park through a dedicated entrance and even enjoy early admission. If you are not a guest, but would still like to visit this luxurious hotel, try making a reservation at one of their many fabulous restaurants.
- Cosmos Fountain Show: Shortly before park closing, the fountains in front of the Helios Grand Hotel come to life with colorful lights, dancing water, and themed music representing each Epic Universe world.
- Epic Universe Drones and Fireworks: Epic has been seen testing their spectacular new drone and firework shows. Will they light up the starry sky every night? We will keep you posted as we learn more.
- Look up! As night falls, look straight up into the night sky where all five spotlights from each world meet.
Apparate to Paris in Harry Potter’s Ministry of Magic
- Interactive Wands: Purchase your new wand at Cosme Acajor Baguettes Magique, home of renowned wandmaker, Cosme Acajor. Then explore the magical city of 1920’s Paris, casting spells and interacting with magical creatures and bewitched objects. (Interactive Experience, Kid Friendly)
- Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry: Travel via the Metro-Floo to the British Ministry of Magic with Harry, Ron, and Hermione where you will board a magical lift and take a thrilling journey through the Ministry’s departments in pursuit of Dolores Umbridge. (Thrill, Motion Simulation)
- Jazz Band: A musical trio featuring a delightful magical creature inside their music box plays a lively 12-minute show at the base of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. (Entertainment)
- Magical Creatures: Newt Scamander’s suitcase must have popped open because there are magical creatures hiding everywhere throughout the city. See if you can find them all.
- Le Cirque Arcanus: Newt Scamander’s suitcase has been stolen and the fantastic beasts inside are in danger. Encounter magical creatures in this show featuring a “spectacular mix of live performers, puppetry, and special effects.” (Action, Kid Friendly, Live Show)
Face Your Movie Monster Fears in Dark Universe
- Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment: Victoria Frankenstein is following in the footsteps of her ancestors when she loses control of her gruesome experiments. Iconic monsters such as The Wolf Man, The Mummy, The Creature from the Black Lagoon, and Dracula revolt when her exploits go awry. (Thrill, motion simulation)
- Curse of the Werewolf: All-knowing seer, Maleva, warns you that dark creatures inhabit the woods near her secluded camp. Before you know it, you are being pursued at 37mph by a pack of hungry werewolves with bloodcurdling howls and glowing eyes. You will “spin and weave through the forest” while trying to escape their sharp teeth and claws. (Thrill)
- The Burning Blade Tavern: The Burning Blade Tavern resides in the base of an ancient, wooden windmill that bursts into flames several times an hour. The fire is so brilliant, it is visible both day and night.
- Monster Makeup Experience: Skilled artists release your inner monster in this transformational makeup experiment. Will you become a vampire, a werewolf, or something even more terrifying? (Makeup Experience)
- Character Meet & Greets: Darkmoor Village is home to many strange creatures. When visiting, you may encounter Frankenstein’s Monster or The Bride of Frankenstein, Ygor, or The Invisible Man.
