Starbucks Vegan 2026 Fall Drinks You’ll Love

Starbucks Vegan-Friendly Fall Drinks You’ll Love in 2026

Fall is here once more, and Starbucks has introduced new seasonal items to its 2026 menu and brought back a few yearly offerings. A few of these can be modified to suit a vegan diet. For most, all it takes is a simple substitute of plant-based milk. Lucky for us, Starbucks ditched their up-charge for dairy-free milks in 2024. This means we can enjoy a compassionate, dairy-free beverage without paying extra. Here are some drinks you can enjoy this fall.

Vegan-Friendly Pecan Oatmilk Cortado at Starbucks

Pecan Cortado

Last year, this hot beverage was named the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado. You can still get the same delicious flavor profile this year by selecting any non-dairy milk. It has a delicious blonde espresso with vegan-friendly pecan syrup and a vegan-friendly Pecan Crunch Topping.

Nutty pecan flavors meet Starbucks’ signature Blonde Espresso Roast blend, with notes of brown butter and holiday spices for a smooth, delicious treat. Choose any non-dairy milk. Enjoy this hot beverage topped with their crunchy, vegan-friendly, pecan-flavored sugar.

Savor the Pecan Crunch Latte over ice. Select your favorite non-dairy milk. Replace the vanilla sweet cream with a non-dairy sweet cream if it is available at your location and keep the pecan-flavored sugar.

Vegan Friendly Iced Banana Bread Latte at Starbucks

While Starbucks’ banana bread is not vegan-friendly, their Iced Banana Bread Latte can easily be made vegan. Just choose a non-dairy milk and sub the non-dairy sugar cream cold foam for the brown sugar cream cold foam if your location offers it. Pay close attention to the topping. If your menu says Caramel Sugar Topping, you are good to go. If it says Cinnamon Dolce Topping, skip it because it is not vegan.

Of course, you can also enjoy any of Starbucks’ year-round regulars if these seasonal options do not appeal to you. Try out the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso or a Caffe Americano, for example. Check out The FarmBuzz’s Ultimate Vegan Guide to Starbucks 2026 for more ideas.

No Vegan-Friendly Pumpkin Spice (PSL) at Starbucks

The Sad Tale of No Vegan-Friendly Pumpkin Spice (PSL) at Starbucks

Sadly, if you are looking for vegan-friendly pumpkin spice beverages at Starbucks, you’re out of luck. Their pumpkin flavors use dairy-based sweet creams and condensed skim milk. However, their Pumpkin Spice Topping, made with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves, is vegan-friendly, so sprinkle away.

Making a vegan drink at Starbucks is easy. Their selection of dairy-free milks, including oat, almond, soy, and coconut, gives you options so you can customize your drink however you like. And remember that the up-charge for plant-based milks was discontinued in 2024, so there are no extra boundaries when ordering your favorite drink.
