EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival Plant Based Eats 2025

Disney’s EPCOT is at it again. EPCOT’s 2025’s Flower and Garden Festival runs from March 5 – June 2 and offers up plenty of “flowers, flavor, and fun”. While visiting the festival this year, you can enjoy beautiful gardens and topiaries, the Butterfly Landing, and an English Tea Garden. Watch some live music at The Garden Rocks Concert Series, which features popular music artists daily. Take the whole family on a scavenger hunt with Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration and win a prize at the end. Then, take a rest as the kids play at Camp Get Out ‘N’ Play Garden.

All The Plant Based Eats at EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival

The Plant Based Eats at EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival never disappoints when it comes to vegan food selections. This year hosts a nice blend of new and returning plant-based dishes. There are so many you may be unable to try them all in just one day. We took a few days and tried each one so you can easily choose which ones you would like best. Do not forget to collect your stamps for the Garden Graze Food stroll so you can claim your reward at the end.

Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread and “cheese”Grilled Street Corn

Here, you will find a festival favorite that returns year after year. The Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread and “cheese” is always a hit. The topping is rich and creamy, and the corn has a slight char. We gave it 4 out of 5 Bumblebees. The Grilled Street Corn is part of the Garden Graze Food Stroll, so remember to get your stamp.

The Odyssey at The Citrus Blossom

Impossible Lumpia

The Impossible Lumpia with plant-based pork, green papaya salad, and yuzu sweet-and-sour tasted like an eggroll. Its sauce was tangy and boasted a bit of spice. It came with a papaya salad that was a little bland but still good. We wanted more of this tasty treat. The Lumpia gets 4 out of 5 Bumblebees. Be sure to get your Garden Graze stamp.

Lemon Tart at Disney Flower and Garden 2025Lemon Tart

The Lemon Tart with lemon curd, blood orange fluid gel, aquafaba meringues, and raspberry powder had a very pretty presentation. It was super rich and sweet. We enjoyed the perfect flaky crust and the vegan meringue. The Lemon Tart got 4 out of 5 Bumblebees from us. Do not forget to ask for your Garden Graze stamp.

Orange Bird Sipper with a Lemon-Orange Smoothie at Disney Flower and Garden 2025Orange Bird Sipper with a Lemon-Orange Smoothie

Trowel & Trellis Near Disney Traders

Impossible Farmhouse Meatball at Disney Flower and Garden 2025Impossible Farmhouse Meatball

Another returning dish is the Farmhouse Meatball featuring Impossible Beef with Lentil Bread, Spinach, Marinated Vegetables, and creamy herb aioli. This dish had a lot of flavors, but it had too much salt and mayonnaise. The bread was the best part. We gave it 3 out of 5 Bumblebees. This dish is on the Garden Graze Food Stroll, so get your stamp.

Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market in Germany

Potato Pancakes at Disney Flower and Garden 2025Potato Pancakes

Potato Pancakes with house-made applesauce are a popular dish that Disney brings back every year. They are a good combination of savory and sweet. We gave them 4 out of 5 Bumblebees. Remember to get your Garden Graze Food Stroll stamp.

La Isla Fresca Between France and Morocco

Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho at Disney Flower and Garden 2025Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho

The Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho is a chocolate cake topped with coconut custard and passion fruit caramel. This is another new food addition to the Flower and Garden Festival. It was very sweet, and the cayenne added another layer of flavor. This dessert is great for fans of custard and flan. It had a good flavor, but the texture is not for everyone. We did not enjoy this dish. It gets 2 out of 5 Bumblebees. It is on the Garden Graze menu, so do not forget your stamp if you try this dish.

Refreshment Outpost Hosted by Coca-Cola at the Outpost

Impossible Jamaican Beef Patty at Disney Flower and Garden 2025Impossible Jamaican Beef Patty

The Jamaican Beef Patty features IMPOSSIBLE Beef with spicy papaya syrup. It was very salty and a little spicy and tasted like a hamburger patty. We gave this 4 out of 5 Bumblebees. Get your Garden Graze Food Stroll stamp at the register.

Seasonal Fruit Parfait at Disney Flower and Garden 2025Seasonal Fruit Parfait

You will also find the Seasonal Fruit Parfait at Refreshment Outpost. This refreshing treat features DOLE Whip Mango with Chamoy sweet chili sauce and chunks of fresh fruit. The taste was sweet with a little sour. It was very spicy, however, so it is not for those who do not like spice. Overall, this dish was delicious. We gave it 5 out of 5 Bumblebees. This is also on the Garden Graze menu, so remember to collect your stamp.

Brunchcot in World Discovery

Avocado Toast at Disney Flower and Garden 2025Avocado Toast

The Avocado Toast is topped with marinated tomatoes and plant-based cheese crumbles. It had creamy but salty avocado, and the toasted ciabatta was dry. The vegan cheese was quite tasty, though. We gave the Avocado Toast 3 out of 5 Bumblebees. This is part of the Garden Graze Food Stroll, as well, so get your stamp.

Biscuit and Gravy with Impossible Sausage at Disney Flower and Garden 2025Biscuit and Gravy with Impossible Sausage

Brunchcot also offers a vegan Biscuit and Gravy, which features IMPOSSIBLE Sausage with pepper jelly. The sausage was delicious, the sweet jelly was tasty, and the gravy was perfect. However, the biscuit was very dry. We gave the Biscuit and Gravy 4 out of 5 Bumblebees. This dish is also on the Garden Graze Food Stroll, so you can get a stamp here.

The Land Cart Hosted by AdventHealth in World Nature

Mediterranean Vegetable Wrap

The Mediterranean Vegetable Wrap is available year-round at Sunshine Seasons, but during the Flower and Garden Festival, it will be available at The Land cart. This tasty wheat wrap has a delicious combination of pickled vegetables topped with roasted red pepper hummus, garlic purée, plant-based chipotle cream, plant-based sour cream, lettuce, and tomato. We enjoyed the fresh vegetables and savory sauces on the Mediterranean Vegetable Wrap. We gave it 4 out of 5 Bumblebees.

Strawberry Fruit Bar

The Strawberry Fruit Bar is another vegan treat at The Land cart. It is a refreshing way to cool down during a hot day. We gave it 4 out of 5 Bumblebees.

EPCOT Farmers Feast in CommuniCore Hall

Grilled Asparagus at Disney Flower and Garden 2025Grilled Asparagus

We found the Grilled Asparagus with spring peas, frisee lettuce, and a truffle-sherry vinaigrette at EPCOT Farmers Feast. This one required a couple of modifications to make it vegan. Remove the Pancetta bacon and soft-poached egg, and you will be left with a flavorful, charred asparagus topped with a savory vinaigrette sauce. The cold peas were a little bland, but the dish was otherwise good. We gave it 4 out of 5 Bumblebees.

Swirled Showcase on the Walkway between World Showcase and the Imagination! Pavilion

Lemon Sorbet

Try the Lemon Sorbet in a cup, as the waffle cones are not always vegan. This sorbet has a mild, subtle lemon flavor that is just right. We gave it 4 out of 5 Bumblebees.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Swirl Soft Serve

Every soft-serve flavor at Swirled Showcase is confirmed vegan. We tried a Peanut Butter and Jelly Swirl. The peanut butter was good, but the jelly had an overpowering, medicinal taste. We gave the Peanut Butter and Jelly Swirl 2 out of 5 Bumblebees.

Provence Poutine

The Provence Poutine requires a few modifications to make it vegan. Remove the Goat Brie and Lavender Honey. This leaves the dish a bit plain, but the hazelnuts and Herbes de Provence make a nice pair atop the French fries. We gave the Provence Poutine 3 out of 5 Bumblebees.

Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina in Morocco

Stone-baked Moroccan Bread with Hummus, Chermoula, and Zhoug Dips

Disney offers Stone-baked Moroccan Bread with Hummus, Chermoula, and Zhoug Dips at most of its festivals. We always enjoy the toasted bread and savory dips, but we have the same complaint each time: We would like just one extra piece of bread because we always have leftover dip. The Stone-baked Moroccan bread gets 4 out of 5 Bumblebees.

Hanami in Japan

Soy Steam Bun at Disney Food and Wine 2025Soy Steam Bun

Japan’s delicious Steam Bun is filled with savory vegetables and plant-based soy meat. The fluffy bun was served very hot, and the meat was a perfect blend of sweet and savory. It was so moist that it stuck to the paper it was served in, but we still loved the flavor. We gave the Steam Bun 5 out of 5 Bumblebees.

Primavera Kitchen in Italy

Insalata ArlecchinoInsalata Arlecchino

The Insalata Arlecchino blends grape tomatoes, seasonal melon, and balsamic dressing. Remove the mozzarella to make this dish vegan. It was light and refreshing. We liked it but thought it could use more fresh basil. We gave the Insalata Arlecchino 4 out of 5 Bumblebees.

Lan Yuan in China

Pan-Fried Vegetable DumplingsPan-Fried Vegetable Dumplings

The Pan-Fried Vegetable Dumplings from China are filled with bok choy, carrot, shiitake mushroom, ginger, garlic, and sesame. They were a little on the soggy side but still tasty. The delicious sauce was sweet and savory. Sadly, the dumplings were not quite as good as last year. We gave them 3 out of 5 Bumblebees.
