Previously at Day of the Dead in Hollywood, these vegan churritos with ice cream can now be found at the food truck in Springfield. These warm vegan churros topped with cold vegan gelato, crunchy Oreos, and a drizzle of coconut nectar seemed promising but fell a bit flat. In previous images from other sources of the churrito’s dish, it looked very different from the version we received. It could be an off night, or perhaps they changed something with the dish.
