Disney magic isn’t only about cherished characters and exciting rides; the enchantment also extends to the plant-based culinary delights featured during their many food-related festivals. Each year, Disney brings us new and exciting foods to try from all over the world at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. Every festival brings more opportunities to try plant-based options from around the world. The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival has several plant-based offerings to try out this year. But you’d better move fast; the festival ends on November 18, 2023. Visit each booth to find these one-of-a-kind, plant-based plates.

The Noodle Exchange
Ramen with Tofu
At The Noodle Exchange near Disney Traders, you will find Ramen with Tofu, Shiitake mushrooms, pickled carrots, Daikon radish, shaved peppers, and baby Bok Choy. This dish was served in a citrus sesame broth but was less flavorful than we hoped. One serving costs $5.75.

Flavors from Fire
Impossible Burger Slider
Flavors from Fire can be found in World Discovery. Here, you can get an Impossible Burger Slider served with Wasabi cream and spicy slaw on a sesame seed bun. This delicious burger costs $6.00. We loved this spicy burger.

The Fry Basket in World Discovery
Located close to the area near Test Track is the World Discovery booth. There are two plant-based dishes in this location including the Yuca fries and the Fry Flight.
Adobo Yuca Fries
First is Adobo Yuca Fries with garlic cilantro aioli. These tasty fries cost $5.50. These fries were absolutely delicious. We will be trying them again.

Fry Flight
The second is the Fry Flight. It comes with three flavors of fries. The sea salt and malt vinegar fries are vegan as is. The BBQ fries can easily be plant-based by removing the bacon and aioli. Remove the candied pecans and marshmallows to make the sweet potato fries vegan. The maple glaze is vegan. This dish is $7.50. The sea salt and malt vinegar were our favorite.

Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey
The Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey in World Celebration has two vegan dishes and a vegan-friendly drink to try out.
Impossible Buffalo Chicken Tenders
The Impossible Buffalo Chicken Tenders are served with plant-based blue cheese, plant-based ranch, and celery. You will pay $7.50 for this fantastic treat. These tenders are pretty spicy, but they taste amazing.

Crispy Buffalo Brussels Sprouts
The Crispy Brussels Sprouts come with Buffalo sauce and plant-based blue cheese. It costs $5.50. Even if you are not a Brussels sprout fan, give this one a try.

Frozen Fusion Tea
The non-alcoholic Frozen Fusion is a delicious concoction of Twinings Pomegranate and Raspberry Tea fused with orange ice cream molecules. This tasty drink is $4.75. We loved this beverage and drank every last drop.

Swirled Showcase
Cinnamon Apple Cider
Swirled Showcase is in the walkway between World Showcase and Imagination! They offer a non-alcoholic Cinnamon Apple Cider for $3.75.

India
Potato and Pea Samosas
Near China, you will find the India booth. Here, you can try the Potato and Pea Samosas with coriander-lime cream. This dish is $5.50. As people who don’t care much for cilantro, we were not a huge fan of the cream sauce, but the samosas were delicious.

Refreshment Outpost
Spicy Githeri
Coca-Cola hosts the Refreshment Outpost. You will find a Spicy Githeri with white beans, pigeon peas, Ben’s Original Quinoa & Ancient Grains Medley, and Kachumbari slaw here. This dish costs $5.00. Unlike the same dish they had at last year’s festival, this one was a little on the bland side.

Watermelon & Pineapple Dole Whip
If you have ever visited Disney World, you have likely tasted their famous Dole Whip. At Refreshment Outpost, you can try a Watermelon flavor Dole Whip. Of course, you can always have the Pineapple Dole whip or have a swirl if you are indecisive or want the best of both worlds. This tasty treat will cost you $6.00.

Joffrey’s near Mission: Space
Amaretto Iced Tea
Joffrey’s has numerous locations throughout Epcot. If you visit the site near Mission: Space, you can try out the Amaretto Iced Tea. This drink is a sweet, nutty blend of black iced tea and Amaretto syrup. This refreshing drink costs $6.49.

Greece
Impossible Moussaka
Between Japan and Morocco, you will find Greece. Visit this booth to try out a perfect Plant-based Impossible Moussaka for just $5.50. This mouthwatering dish is an absolute favorite that we would eat again and again.

Tangerine Café: Flavors of the Medina
Falafel Pita with Tahini Sauce
At Tangerine Café in Morocco, you will find a delicious Fried Falafel Pita with Tahini Sauce. While it is a little messy, it is totally worth it. This item is priced at $5.50.

Moroccan Bread with Three Dips
Also at Tangerine Café is a Stone-baked Moroccan Bread with Hummus, Zaalouk, and Zhoug Dips. This $5.00 treat is one of our favorites. We loved each of the dip options with this dish.

Shimmering Sips
Guava Cake with Whipped Cream and Coconut
Near the Port of Entry, you will find Shimmering Sips and one of the only vegan dessert dishes available at Food & Wine this year. Here, you can get a tasty, creamy Guava Cake with Whipped Cream and Coconut for $4.75. We really enjoyed this delicious dessert.

China
Dandan Noodles (*Modified Vegan)
At the China booth in the World Showcase, you can turn their Dandan Noodles into a vegan dish by removing the pork. While it was edible, we were not very impressed with this one since it was lacking in flavor, especially for the $8.25 price tag.

Char & Chop
Impossible Spicy Sausage with Herbed Polenta (*Modified Vegan)
Visit the Char & Chop booth near Disney Traders for a Grilled Impossible Spicy Sausage with Herbed Polenta. While this feature is not vegan as it is served it can be easily modified vegan by asking them to remove the ricotta. This plate is $6.00.
