Planet Virginia: Explore a Plant-Based Lifestyle

Planet Virginia is one of a series of premiere sustainability events that hopes to encourage and inspire individuals of all ages. Attendees explore the benefits of plant-based living for their health, environmental sustainability, and the well-being of animals. This year’s festival will take place at George Mason University. Join us at Wilkins Plaza as part of their Earth Month celebrations on Sunday, April 27th, from 11 am-6 pm. Over 5,000 people are expected to attend.

“We are thrilled to host Planet Virginia at George Mason University and provide a platform for people to learn how plant-based choices benefit their health, the environment, and animals. This event is an opportunity for individuals and families to engage with a growing movement that promotes a more sustainable and compassionate world,” says Addison Chantz, Associate Executive Director of the host organization, FARM (Farm Animal Rights Movement).
